Relocating to Northwest Arkansas? The city shown in a property’s mailing address is only one piece of the puzzle.

Before selecting a home, buyers should also consider:

• Their real commute during normal travel times
• School attendance zones, verified by the appropriate district
• Utility providers and available services
• HOA restrictions and neighborhood amenities
• Proximity to the places they will visit regularly
• Whether they value new construction, land, convenience, or additional space most
