We are looking to grow our rehab & maintenance team by adding a hardworking construction worker, with reliable transportation and quick learner.

Starting pay: $15-$17/hour (Depending on experience) Hours: 40 per week Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM.

The job sites are spread across NWA and Southwest, MO.Your tasks will include light construction work such as demolition, trim work, painting, fixture replacement, and more.

Passing a background check and drug test is a must.

We are looking to grow our team by adding an Administrative Assistant. Below are some of the job responsibilities:

* Answer and direct phone calls and emails

* Organize and maintain multiple schedules for on going construction projects

* Maintain contact lists

* Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms

* Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

* Develop and maintain an electronic filing system

* Order office supplies and construction supplies to be delivered on site.

* Reconcile credit accounts to ensure expenses are posted to the correct project

* Data entry into QuickBooks

* Schedule contractors for remodels and repairs

* Assist with the preparation of lease agreements

* Research and create presentations

* Generate reports

* Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

* Great communication skills

In a nutshell, we are looking for a team member that is hardworking, self motivated, able to think outside the box, takes ownership of their responsibilities and wants to be a part of a growing company.

Our office is located in Centerton, AR. This position will work Monday - Friday from 8:30AM - 12:30PM.
