Heartfelt congratulations to my clients who just closed on their retirement home! 🏡
Buying a home is already a big decision but, doing it from hundreds of miles away adds a whole new layer of stress. You have to rely on video tours, phone calls, and a whole lot of faith.
I see the nerves behind the emails and the phone calls, the uncertainty of choosing a neighborhood they’ve never driven through, the fear of missing something important in a virtual tour, the anxiety of signing paperwork for a home they haven’t physically stepped inside. It’s overwhelming and I get it.
Buying a home should feel right and when you’re not there in person, that “feeling” can be hard to find.
That’s why I try to be more than just an agent. I become their boots on the ground, their eyes, their ears, their local guide and their honest voice.
