One day last week, this was my commute to work.

Coffee in hand, water like glass (and actually chilly - yes, in August)... and pinching myself that in Northwest Arkansas, the lake life doesn't have to be limited to the weekends or put off until retirement.

I'm working with three different sets of buyers right now who have said "any chance we could find a lake house in the $600k - $800k range?"

(Spoiler: yes)
