As a fairly new resident of Midtown ATL, I've been really impressed with the number of parks and green spaces available in the city. I sat in on the Midtown Neighbors' Association monthly meeting last night and listened to an overview of this project, and I'm excited to watch it progress towards becoming a reality in the next few years!

The Stitch is a plan to cap the Downtown Connector (I-75/85) as it slices through midtown and downtown Atlanta. Planners have spent the last 18 months engaging with more than 6,000 stakeholders; now it's your turn.

Please plan now to attend a public meeting from 4-7 p.m. on April 1 at GDOT, 600 W. Peachtree St. NW, Suite 400, Atlanta (right next to MARTA's North Ave. station.) All participants will receive round-trip MARTA tickets. This is also an important opportunity to voice your support for adjacent safe-streets projects on Piedmont Ave., Courtland St, and Peachtree St. funded by the Moving Atlanta Forward infrastructure package.
