New homeowner alert ‼️
I firmly believe that God’s timing is always perfect, and that was certainly the case for the Mendez family.
Throughout the process, I had several conversations with Jose’s mom, who played an integral role in finding the perfect home for Jose and his family. I took the time to walk them through every detail of the home-buying process—not because I expected them to choose me, but because I love what I do and wanted them to feel fully informed. From finding the right lender to understanding what comes after closing, I made sure they had all the guidance they needed.
A few days later, I was thrilled when they reached out and told me they were ready to begin their journey.
Like many real estate transactions, their journey wasn’t without its challenges. We faced several obstacles along the way—none of which were the buyers’ fault—including the need to find a new lender just days before closing. Thankfully, I knew exactly who to turn to! Despite the hurdles, one thing remained clear: God had a reason for every change, and His timing was always right. Jose’s mom was steadfast in making sure their home would serve God’s purpose, and that’s when you know a house is more than just a home—it’s a dream with a mission.
