This placement was intentional—creating a space that balances a dense urban footprint with immediate access to Bentonville's natural trail systems.

Being equidistant from Crystal Bridges and The Momentary allows for a pedestrian-and-bike-first daily rhythm, reducing car dependency while keeping residents connected to our region's primary cultural hubs.
