🏡 ANOTHER HAPPY CLOSING! 🔑🎉

My clients just snagged a beautiful home in a GREAT location, with NO competition AND a sweet incentive toward closing costs! 🙌

Who says you have to wait for the perfect time to buy? Sometimes, while everyone else is waiting, YOU find the perfect opportunity! 😉

And how AWESOME is it to have a great lender partner by your side?! Having a team that genuinely cares and works together to take care of our clients makes ALL the difference! 💙💛

Congratulations to my happy buyers! 🥂

The right home. The right opportunity. YOUR perfect timing!

What if you dedicated at least one hour a day just for YOU? 💛

To move. To breathe. To clear your mind. To feel strong.
Not because you have to… but because you deserve some of your own time, too.

One hour. Your pace. Your time. 🏃‍♀️✨

Fall Social Clubs are officially kicking off! 🍂🍻

A little sipping, a lot of mingling, and finally meeting our Club Leaders + fellow Club Kids! 🙌🏼

New people, new adventures, and apparently some of us are crazy enough to jump out of a perfectly good airplane. 😂🪂

Let the fall fun begin! 🍁✨

Just another day between clients in Downtown Bentonville… kinda chic ✨😂

Got a little work done at the coffee shop at The Compton ☕️💻, walked around the Square while waiting for my clients, wandered into the Walmart Museum, found Dolly 💅, learned a little history… and obviously had to get some ice cream. 🍦

Working while exploring your own town? Kinda chic.
Calling this a productive workday? Also kinda chic. 😂

If you have a little time to kill in Downtown Bentonville, go wander around the Square and check out the museum, you might as well get the ice cream too. 😉

I really thought we’d be missing the LPGA 5K this year! I was looking forward to running it with Buddy again for the 2nd time, but it’s also our son’s Family Weekend @ TU—and that’s something we look forward to every year too. 💙

I was already okay with missing the race… but turns out, our appointment changed and we could still run in the morning AND drive to Tulsa after! 🙌🏼

It all worked out! So glad we were able to make it. 🥰

What a fun morning running with Buddy and friends! 🐾🏃‍♀️💛 Now off to Tulsa for family weekend!

Sometimes the schedule just works itself out. ✨
