Today is about remembering and honoring the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Grateful for the freedoms we get to enjoy every day because of their sacrifice, and thinking especially of the families who carry that loss with them long after today passes.

Sundays always hit a little differently for me.

The pace slows down a bit. The house gets messy in a lived in kind of way. Coffee stays warm longer than usual if I’m lucky. Everyone starts mentally preparing for another busy week ahead.

This Sunday, we’re spending time at the lake with family, and days like this always remind me why home matters so much in the first place. It’s never really just about the house. It’s the life happening around it.

One thing real estate has taught me over the years is that people don’t remember every detail of a transaction. They remember how a place made them feel. The excitement of a fresh start. The comfort of finally settling in. The little moments that slowly turn a house into home.

That’s the part of this job I’ll probably always love most.

Hope everyone gets a little time to slow down before the week starts back up.

One of my favorite things about living and working in Centerton is how connected everything feels.

I run into clients at dinner. I see familiar faces at City Council meetings. Kids grow up together here. People remember each other’s stories.

For all the conversations around growth, I hope Centerton never loses that sense of community. The feeling that people genuinely care about this city and the people in it.

It’s a big reason I’ve stayed so invested here over the years, not just as a Realtor, but as someone raising a family here too.

One of the biggest misconceptions about Realtors is that our job is just sales. Truthfully, a huge part of this business happens behind the scenes. Today’s office has looked a little different for me… scheduling HVAC follow ups, coordinating plumbing quotes, managing inspection items, answering calls, and helping clients navigate big decisions, all while holding my baby in this chair.

Real estate is emotional. It’s exciting, stressful, sentimental, overwhelming, and sometimes all of those things at once. My job has never just been about opening doors or putting signs in yards. It’s about helping people feel supported through major life moments and solving problems they don’t even realize are happening behind the scenes.

This season of life may look a little chaotic, but it’s also a reminder that business can still be personal, and that caring deeply about people will always matter in this industry.

Hi, I’m Allie. Around Northwest Arkansas, most people know me as The Blue Haired Broker.

I’ve been in real estate since October 2018, and somewhere along the way this career became so much more than contracts and houses to me. It became community.
