My facebook account got hacked. i can’t get in to the account to shut it down because the hackers have changed the email address. Please help! I do t have a sick uncle and I’m not selling his stuff. Please don’t try to buy anything from me on facebook - it’s all fake and a scam. They’re taking money as deposits for this.

WHAT AM I REALLY DOING EACH DAY??

As a realtor a lot of what I do for my clients is never seen. I spend countless hours researching the market before even the first phone call or meeting.

For example.... Today I am preparing for a potential new listing. This is a client that was referred to me by someone I've worked with before. They are selling a home in Bella Vista but they don't live here.

Well before I make the first call or send the first email I need to look at the market in regards to this particular house. And what am I looking for???

I want to look at homes that are similar to this house that have sold. Typically 6 months back and 1-2 miles in radius does the job, but this home is unique. It's an older home that needs some cosmetic update and sits on 7 acres. Sounds great right? The catch is there aren't many homes in Bella Vista that have 7 acres which means a standar review isn't enough.

📖📖STORY TIME....

It's always a great feeling when your past clients refer you to their friends. It means you did something right - right enough that they trust you to take care of their friends too.

I met Michelle and Keene by happenstance. I got a call from them one day looking for a home near the bike trails - they are hard core mountain bikers for sure! They currently were living in Springfield, MO but really enjoyed their time in Northwest Arkansas when they visited. And their love for the trails around here created their desire to have a home here.

We looked at a few, and it didn't take long for them to decide on a home. They were incredibly diligent on their search, and we were under contract quickly. As you may know - once you go under contract on buying a home you have the right to do or have a home inspection done. Since they didn't live here I attended the inspection for them. There were a few things that came up on the report so they decided to come to town and walk through it themselves one more time. Unfortunately - this one didn't work out, but they are not quitters and we found another home - new construction that wasn't quite complete this time.

They're troopers and as you might expect we were under contract quickly. Since they lived in another state and the home wasn't complete I made sure to check in with them regularly. Sometimes we would do a facetime walk through if they were available, and other times I would send a video of the home and how much progress had been made.

Here's what I haven't told you. I felt a friendship connection with them right away. I think at one point Michelle and I agreed that we must be sisters from another mister. We have very similar personalities and both have a real appreciation for planning. I still get to see them occasionally. And recently they bought another home in Bella Vista. And they have also shared my information with their kids and friends. I've had such a great experience with these two every time we get to work.

Thank you guys so much for trusting me to not only take care of you but also take care of your friends! It means the world to me! 💚💚

I can remember way way back.... Driving down Business Hwy 71 (because there was no i49 back then) on the way to the lake and see this big sign on the highway. What an amazing thing to be part of such history.

Now you can browse through history right in the heart of downtown Rogers. This spot takes you back in time with one of the most iconic names in American history.

Whether you grew up with a BB gun, love local history, or just want something different to do for an hour—this place is worth the stop.

✨ It’s quick, it’s interesting, and it’s one of those hidden gems people don’t always think about… but should.

And while you’re there—walk downtown, grab a bite, make a little afternoon out of it.

2025 was a roller coaster… in the best way.
What an honor to be recognized alongside so many incredible agents.

I’ll be honest—this time last year, I wasn’t so sure. Around March/April, I found myself questioning if real estate was truly what I was meant to do. 2024 was a tough year, and I even caught myself looking online at other career paths, wondering where I might fit.

Then someone gave me advice I’ll never forget: give yourself a little grace.
Instead of being so hard on myself, take a step back and really look at what disrupted my rhythm in 2024.

So I did.

I took a deep breath, refocused, and got back to work.

And I didn’t do it alone. I was surrounded by the most incredible support system—family, friends, coworkers, and past clients—who stood by me and lifted me up through it all.

Because of that… 2025 became something really special.

I was blessed to help twice as many families as I did the year before—and that fills my heart in a way I can’t even fully put into words. Watching people step into the next chapter of their lives is why I do this. It’s everything.

From the bottom of my heart—thank you.
