Story time!
When I was in college I worked door to door selling alarm systems. I was pretty successful at it because I was never selling. That job taught me that selling is about connecting with people and letting them see your true intentions. When you actually care and want to help their family, people feel it.
Half the time during that summer I would be eating carne asada with a family in their backyard before I even told them what I was there for. Same thing happened today actually! I was invited to come in before they even knew who I was or why I was there. It was so cool.

Today I went back to my college roots and knocked on doors to deliver cookies and the good news of the comps and price per sq foot we set by selling this house in the neighborhood. Everyone was so nice and happy and I mean who says no to cookies???

I will knock doors in 100 degree weather and grind and work if it helps you get the best outcome in your real estate transaction. I care!

What a great week! Had inspections on two properties, one final walk thru, one closing, one referral go under contract, one tennis match and one birthday.

Busy doesn’t usually mean great or important however these things represent one step closer for my clients to happy transactions and big monumental moments like buying your dream home, that’s when busy becomes great.
I had a birthday this week and every birthday I make goals for the next. I have big plans and big goals and I can’t wait to work towards them. I have learned lately that big dreams please God because when they feel enormous and that you can’t accomplish on your own you submit your will to Him and you can’t but give credit where credit is due.
I know these goals are so huge that I can’t possibly do them myself. I need Him with me.
