We're finally seeing a few more foreclosures pop up nationwide, we have not seen a large increase in listed properties in NWA...yet. Foreclosures take time to process and get to that point. You might expect to see a few more per month on average in 2023. Don't forget to follow judicial foreclosures as well, message us if you need any guidance!

California-based Attom Data Solutions, which tracks national housing and foreclosure data, recently released its August 2022 U.S. Foreclosure Market Report. It showed there were 177 Arkansas properties with foreclosure filings...

What is happening with foreclosures in the NWA market? Not much. We have seen a few actually hit the market this year. There are a few upcoming judicial foreclosure sales scheduled in Benton and Washington counites, if you are not keeping up with those send a message and I can help.
