Realtors who receive the CRS Designation have completed advanced professional training and demonstrated outstanding professional achievement in residential real estate. Only 29,000 realtors nationwide have earned the credential. They are specialists in helping clients maximize profits and minimize costs when buying and selling. Both have received their GRI (Graduate, Realtors Institute). The GRI designation sets individuals apart from other real estate agents and is awarded exclusively to realtors (members of the National Association of Realtors) who fulfill the stringent requirements set forth by the Institute. The designation indicates to the public that these individuals have obtained professional, career-specific education that affects them, their clients, and their customers. Jean Ann has a BS degree in marketing from Oklahoma State University. This degree has led her to the philosophy that the most successful strategy is to market listings in several venues to best serve her clients. The team's marketing plan includes Facebook, YouTube, their personal website, virtual tours, Realtor.com, Zillow, and print media. Ron has BS and MBA degrees from Oklahoma State University. Ron had a successful 30+ year career in information technology. Ron's experience in technology helps the team explore additional options for social media and marketing. His experience leading teams has also taught him to listen first, understand what the client needs, and do everything possible to meet that need. Both are members of the Northwest Arkansas Board of Realtors, the Arkansas Association of Realtors, and the National Board of Realtors.
