Yesterday was one of those days where I wondered how I was going to fit it all in. 😂

➡️Up early to get kids off to school
➡️Finishing class prep
➡️Taught at EKU
➡️Met a client to show them a home & they decided, “This is the one!” 🏡

So what did I do next? Started working on their offer… from the car rider line while waiting for my crew to get out of school. 😅

Then came errands with the kids, home to finish the contract, and finally calling it a day.

And today… THE OFFER WAS ACCEPTED! 🎉🔑

My client is officially UNDER CONTRACT! 🥳

This is a pretty perfect example of what “balancing the chaos” looks like around here. It isn’t always polished or convenient, but I’m grateful I get to help people make big moves—even if sometimes that means writing contracts from the car. ❤️

🏠 HOMEBUYER TIP: 3 Things to Do Before You Start Looking at Houses

Before you fall in love with a house, make sure you’re prepared! Here are 3 things I recommend doing first:

1️⃣ Find out what you qualify for.
Get pre-approved and find a lender you feel comfortable working with. Knowing your budget upfront makes the home search much easier!

2️⃣ Make a realistic wants & needs list.
What do you need in a home, and what would simply be nice to have? Keep your budget in mind when making your list—your dream home and your dream budget don’t always match. 😉

3️⃣ Give yourself a timeframe.
If possible, start planning 6–12 months ahead. You may not find the perfect home immediately, and giving yourself more time can help you avoid the stress of trying to sell one home and buy another at the same time.
