And the Johansons continue to harass us. Robert Emerick presented a petition to the Bath Town Council at tonight's meeting on behalf of the Johansons. Emerick is the same guy who has the fraudulent Go-Fund-Me, soliciting funds on behalf of the Johansons to cover the legal fees for their alleged fight for the mural. The statement in that GoFundMe falsely alleges that Trey Johanson "gifted the mural to the Town", but you can't gift something you don't own. Anyway...now Mr. Emerick is taking up yet another fraudulent matter on behalf of the Johansons, alleging that the Town "may have permitted the violation of a deed and the rights of a property owner's rights". Of course the "victims" are the Johansons and Charlie is the culprit. Has anyone heard this broken record before...a few times maybe? Good grief! And shame on all of you who signed this petition! You are taking up a false cause and believing a string of lies without getting the facts. The Court Orders have been posted

So, the Johansons are at it again. They have filed charges with the local police, accusing us of stealing "their" planters - the planters sitting in front of OUR property - planters that transferred with the sale of the property. Talk about beating a dead horse. These people just don't get it - IT'S OVER - WE WON - MOVE ON!!!!
The receipts they provided were the same receipts provided in the litigation, and were processed and calculated into the final settlement of the litigation. They also provided falsified documents - a misdemeanor.
They have accused us of lying about them withdrawing over $33,000 via cash withdrawals from the HLI bank account, so I'm providing a complete log of the HLI bank account which show who put money in, and who took it out. Charlie did withdraw around $15,000 out towards the end - after we discovered they had taken out over $33,000 between the two of them, and had been using the bank account for PERSONAL expenses. Trey even wrote on the memo of one check she wrote "for our wedding" - I guess we funded that too. WE ARE NOT LIARS, AND WE HAVE DECEIVED NO ONE. While they falsely accuse of us stealing - they have items under the porch at the Fairfax Coffee House which they were court-ordered to return to us, and have yet to do. Smells of narcissism to me.

The stairs are in! Plumbing is more than halfway finished and the electrician has begun his work. It may look like we are a long way off, but it's coming together! We cannot say enough about this wonderful work crew getting us there!
