Q3 update on the San Francisco market.

3-bed Homes: +8% YoY
Condos: -6.5% YoY

Data analytics at the start of shelter in place indicated buyers shifting their search to single-family homes. It is now clear how that has affected Q3 prices & offer activity when comparing the two.
