Opportunity knocks!! It’s time to buy a condo.  Condos are in a dip, essentially selling at yesteryear prices. It won’t last forever. Rents in San Francisco are increasing by double digits this summer. East Bay condos will benefit from the ripple.

Hey everyone, we’re really excited to share the before-and-after of a recent project at 8037 Terrace Drive in El Cerrito. This house has such great bones, and with a little prep it really came to life. El Cerrito’s got all these hillside homes with amazing character, and it’s always fun to help one shine for the next owners. Honestly, we feel pretty lucky to get to do this kind of work every day—guiding older homes into newer hands.
