2026 has been one of the most demanding markets I've seen in my career.

Rates stayed elevated. Inventory stayed tight. Buyers hesitated. Sellers questioned their timing. The post-settlement landscape added a new layer of complexity to every conversation, every contract, every closing.

And yet — transactions got done. Because relationships held. Because trust held. Because the clients who needed to move, moved, and they deserved an agent who showed up fully for them regardless of the headwinds.
