Berkeley homeowners: a fire-safety mistake could cost you up to $500 per day. 🔥

If your home is in a High Fire Hazard Zone, keeping your property fire-safe starts with the first 0–5 feet around your home. Clear roofs and gutters, remove combustible materials near structures, trim nearby branches, and check your vents.

Not sure where to start? We can connect Berkeley homeowners with trusted professionals and resources to help navigate fire-hardening requirements.

As a realtor , I am always fascinated by the building structures of each city I visit . San Miguel de Allende truly offers rich colors , whimsical details and lots of surprises. The street are cobble stones with tall buildings on each sides , but through each door , you enter a magical courtyard where , shops , restaurants or galleries are occupying the space .
I saw similar street structures in Marekesh and also Granada , Spain . I think the tall walls and inside gardens kept people safe in their homes, away from curious eyes . We have such different building structures in Berkeley!

San Miguel de Allende offers a colorful , cool summer getaway from the hustle bustle of Mexico City .
The town is empty from tourists, very calm and amazingly beautiful. Perched on top of a mountain, it is surrounded by hot springs and yes vineyards!
The kids and are walking and of course eating our way through this historical town ….
