She recently renovated an entire single family home, coordinating repairs from the roof to foundation, and every major system in between. Her experience also covers working with specialty furniture manufacturers to build just the right feature. Having studied real estate and the changing market conditions, Cynthia knows property values intimately. She was born in Oakland and with her husband raised their family in Oakland and Moraga. As a professional mommy, Cynthia has served as on the Board of many East Bay and Lamorinda public school executive boards. She is a former president, vice-president and fundraising chair for the Montclair Community Play Center, the oldest cooperative pre-school on the west coast. She served as Treasurer for Kaiser Elementary, Oakland and Los Perales Elementary, Moraga. She has also donated countless hours tutoring individual students in reading, math and organization/study skills.
