Every home has a story...

I helped my sellers buy this home 9 years ago when they were young and carefree and their only children were 2 little fur babies. They almost gave up on owning a home in the East Bay as they kept getting beaten by competition over and over again. Then we found 3121 Minna. They fell in love so we developed a relationship with the seller who was an investor and had gutted the home and put it back together looking all sparkly and new. There was competition but we kept in touch and inched up our price until we were the winners. Now 9 years later, the fur babies are gone and there are real babies, 2 rambunctious boys so the owners needed more space. They only had to consider a couple of homes before they found it… The ONE and now they are ready to move on and share their first home with a new family.
