Last night was a night to remember as we celebrated the induction of our new members into the organization The Class of 2025. As part of this ceremony I was nominated New Member Of The Year for The Class of 2024 and I was excited to have received this award as there were many other deserved candidates. I look forward to more service in our community as we try and make this world a better place for all.

SOLD! We are officially closed on this Oakland triplex. Although it took us awhile and we had so endure a lot of misfortune, I am elated to say we were able to cross the finish line and get this property sold to someone who will do a tremendous job of renovating it.
