Our company was started by Karen Cook in 2003, who has since retired but enjoys visiting the office and seeing the company’s service area and communities grow. Her original vision was to deliver more personable service and not nickel and dime the communities for it. We keep that vision strong today. KC Property Service is now overseen by Kimberly Mosey. Through the values of hard work, determination to do right by others and the integrity of keeping your community healthy; we work to support the Board of Directors in the day to day operations of the Association. This has proven to be successful through transparent communication to the community, team work with the manager and the Board and the simplicity of engagement of local community development. We are please to share, KCPS has achieved a steady service growth in the Metropolitan area over the years. Community Association work is never ending when you are focused on growth and preservation of the beauty of each unique community. We are committed to never lose touch of the simple fact that this is where our community members call home. We are here to deliver superior service to everyone. We cannot do this alone.
