Kanga’s Progress Report 🐾
Kanga has had quite the month—and he’s handling it all like a pro.
He kicked things off at the Paul Wakely All-Star Basketball Tournament supporting Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where he was perfectly content sitting in the bleachers, taking it all in, and spending time with extended family.
Then today, he took on the Boston Marathon—crowds, noise, and all. We made our way to Boston College (our favorite viewing spot), where the energy is electric. When the runners come down the hill, the crowd erupts—it honestly feels like a Bruce Springsteen concert 🎶
And Kanga? Completely unfazed.
At one point, a lab mix behind us howled every time the crowd roared… and Kanga just sat there, calm as could be. Exactly the kind of steady temperament you hope for in a future guide dog. 💛
And speaking of marathons…
