🏡 UNDER CONTRACT in Bennett, CO! 🎉

Not every transaction sticks… but sometimes that just means something even better is right around the corner! ✨

So happy for my clients who are officially UNDER CONTRACT (again) on a beautiful new construction home in Bennett! 🏡🔑

And can we talk about these BUILDER INCENTIVES?! 🤩

Builder incentives are incredible right now! My buyers were able to take advantage of an interest rate nearly 2 percentage points lower thanks to the builder's financing incentives! 🙌💰

That's a HUGE opportunity for savings and a reminder that new construction is definitely worth exploring!

Sometimes a little detour leads you exactly where you're supposed to be. ❤️

🏡 Thinking about buying? Let's talk about what builders are offering and how we can make those incentives work for YOU!

Y'all, I know interest rates are high... but people are still buying houses!!! 🏡 🎉💰

Congratulations to two amazing sets of clients who ratified contracts this week. (And it's only Wednesday!) Both are first-time homebuyers, and in both transactions we were able to secure some pretty significant seller concessions. Now they have money to help buy that rate down! 💪💲🌟💯

I am thrilled for all parties!

If you have been waiting to make your move, ➡ 🚛
but current rates make you nervous... Give me a call, let's chat about your options. It might be easier than you think! ✨

🏡 SOLD in Greeley & off to OHIO! 🌟

Congratulations to Ryan & Leanne on the successful sale of their Greeley home and the start of an exciting new chapter in Ohio!

Relocating out of state comes with a lot of moving pieces, and I’m so grateful they trusted me to help make the home-selling side of their move as smooth as possible.

It’s always bittersweet to say goodbye to a home and community, but there’s something pretty special about handing over the keys and knowing a new adventure is waiting on the other side. ❤️

Ryan & Leanne, thank you for allowing me to be part of your journey. Wishing you both all the best as you settle into your new home and make Ohio feel like home!
