Some much needed capital improvements going on at the CJAK property this week! Almost 400 feet of new underground drainage for the driveway/parking, and regrading of the entire parking lot to assist in drainage as well.

Our final major construction item (minus septic) is happening this week!!! Spray foam finishes up tomorrow and then we get divider wall, roll up doors and power by Friday and we are almost ready for tenants to move in.

Well a week of rain and then ice slowed us down a bit, but not before at least the back wall went up!

Got the concrete approach done last week and started off this week with our steel crew. Today we have columns up, and hopefully rafters by end of day! Hoping to be “dried in” on our biggest building to date by Feb 4.

We don’t always get up at 5am when it’s wind chill of 25 outside, but when we do it’s likely because we have a CONCRETE POUR!!!! Over 200 yards of concrete for our 6000sf largest building to date!

We don’t play around! Slab fill all in, Waiting on rebar, but beams all dug- plumbers are slamming sewer in, and ran fresh water after I left today! When you are your own GC it’s awesome what you can get done!

Merry Christmas everybody! CJAK got our Christmas gift today! Broke ground on our next building… our largest building we’ve ever built coming in at 6000sf. Half is already spoken for so still looking for possible tenants.

Another huge step in the future of the property as we develop it! Massive grading project done this week for drainage improvements and to make maintenance much easier until we are ready to start construction on that side of the property.
