Lately, I’ve been working on improving my ability to focus deeply on one task at a time instead of constantly multitasking. For years, I believed juggling multiple things at once meant I was being productive — but in reality, it often left me feeling scattered, impatient, and less effective.
I’m learning that focus is a skill. It takes practice, patience, and the discipline to slow down and give each task (and person) the full attention it deserves. By doing so, I’m finding more clarity, better results, and less stress.
That said, I also recognize there are moments where multitasking makes sense — like waiting 30ish minutes for your car to get cleaned at a carwash that also happens to be a sports bar/restaurant 😂. Not to mention I am intentionally learning how football works! 🤫
More importantly, I just landed a new listing and want to hit the ground running 💥. So instead of scrolling on social media, I’m using these 30 minutes to take action! By learning to use my news CRM program.
This shift is helping me build stronger habits, manage my time with purpose, and show up more present both in my business and in my personal life.
👉 How about you — are you more of a multitasker or a one-thing-at-a-time kind of person? What is your secret sauce for best outcomes?
