I have two lovely couples, both seniors who need to move out of their mobile homes after being there for years. They are nice mobiles, but need some work. Both had gone under contract shortly after being listed in fall, but went back on the market again.

Please help spread the word to anyone you might know who is looking for a very affordable way to move into the area. Angola Beach is a desirable community with one of the lowest lot rents around, so it's really a great opportunity.
