We didn’t just start working in Bethany… we chose to build a life here.

For years, this was our beach house with the boys - and honestly, the hardest part was always leaving. Over time, Bethany just kept pulling us in. The pace, the people, how easy everything feels… it gave us something we didn’t realize we were missing.

More time together. More space to breathe. A different way of living.

Now we’re here full time, and it’s exactly what we hoped it would be.

That’s what I love: helping people find - not just a house, but a place that fits the life they actually want to live.

NSummer has its own amazing energy here, but mornings like this remind me why the quieter side of the coast is so special. 🌊

Open houses turned into a full-on beach snowstorm… and tomorrow’s showings are officially on pause.

No visitors today — but honestly, I still love these quiet moments. They give me time to reflect, connect with past clients, and remember why I love what I do.

Real estate here isn’t always busy open houses and big crowds. Sometimes it’s simply showing up, being consistent, and staying present for the people and the community I care about.

Grateful for another weekend at the beach… even when it ends with a little surprise snow.
