Today, while showing homes to a client, she broke down in happy tears. 😭❤️
A dear friend referred her to me 3 years ago, when I first became an agent. At the time, she wasn't able to qualify—but we stayed connected.
Today, standing in a home she could actually see herself buying, she shared that after going through a difficult divorce 10 years ago, there was a time she didn't even believe she could pay rent on her own. She felt worthless and never imagined she would one day be in a position to buy a home of her own.
But today, those tears were different.
They were tears of pride. Joy. Gratitude. Disbelief. 🥹
She thanked me for being part of her journey—for patiently explaining things as many times as she needed, never pressuring her, and simply allowing her to move forward when she was ready.
And THAT is my why. ❤️
