| IMPORTANT NOTICE | As the threat of coronavirus continues to advance in our state, we now find it imperative to take further action in keeping our community clean and safe. With that being said, we have made the difficult decision to take the following precautions in order to prevent illness in our community.

Starting today through March 31, all clubhouse common areas will be closed, all events are canceled, and all non-emergency service requests will be placed on hold. Residents, for our full notice on what this means for you, please check your email inbox.

For non-residents, guests, and potential visitors: Because we know having a place to call home is essential, we will (for the time being) continue to offer apartment tours. These tours will be limited to select vacant apartment homes, which we will sanitize between tours.

As of today, we will also begin offering virtual/video tours. An appointment can be scheduled through our leasing team.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation! It saddens us to take these steps, but we must do what is in the best interest of our community and our society as a whole.
