All morning I was diving into the NAR Monthly Market trends county by county reports. Check out our latest market tracker below! We’ve been closely monitoring the "Months of Inventory" across Western Pennsylvania, and from February through May 2026, we are seeing a clear upward trend.
Across the vast majority of our local counties, inventory levels have steadily climbed, meaning homes are staying on the market slightly longer
Take a look at a few of these sequential shifts from February to May: 🔴 Allegheny County: Rising from 2.06 to 2.70 months 🔴 Butler County: A sharp increase from 1.90 to 2.62 months 🔴 Greene County: Jumping from 3.00 to 3.94 months
