I might be a little dramatic during inspections 😂

But, I’d rather ask too many questions than watch my buyers walk into a money pit they weren’t prepared for.

My job isn’t just to make a sale, it’s to look out for my buyers and make sure they know exactly what they’re purchasing.

Thankfully, I have an amazing inspector who’s so thorough, he’s already checked out and cleared whatever I’m suspicious of before I even get the chance to ask. 😂

I’ll keep looking for the red flags 🚩, he’ll keep bringing the expertise. 🏡
