the office. My husband, Mark Szeliga, and I also co-own a vacation rental company called Peak Properties of Maine. Amber Newell is a full time broker who assists with transaction coordination, accounting, and client services- basically anything and everything. We often joke that she is as equally important to our company as my right arm is to my body. Linds (Lindsay Gagnon) is the owner of the beaming smile that you can see from the other side of the state. She’s just as happy and friendly in person as she looks in her photos. Lindsay has raving reviews from all of her past clients and many of them have returned to her for their next real estate need. Our multi-talented associate broker, Vicki Lowell, not only represents buyer and seller clients but she utilizes her degree in business from St. Joseph’s College to help the entire crew with marketing and outreach. Vicki comes from a strong background in sales, client relationships, and she has the highest standard of practice you can find. Gary Williamson is the most seasoned broker in our office. He and his wife, Julia, work in collaboration with Louise Rice and they support real estate transactions as well as vacation rentals through their private company, Four Seasons Rentals.
