The wrong site. The wrong terms. The wrong assumptions.
Those punches keep landing long after the ink dries.
HELM pressure-tests the location, lease, economics, and growth strategy before you commit—so your real estate becomes an advantage, not an opponent.
Considering a new location, expansion, or lease? Bring us into your corner before the bell rings.
