Settlement Day for 1011 Samantha Lane, #302!
The seller was out of state, and despite their preparations for weeks beforehand, from day one I knew I’d be their boots on the ground in many ways.
We launched with professional photos, video, open houses, and strong agent outreach. The condo was under contract in just two weeks. But that’s when the real work started…
There was an HVAC breakdown in record heat, multiple contractor visits, ongoing lender conversations, and then helping sell furniture to maximize proceeds.
Settlement occurred as planned today. I sold one last item, met a glass contractor, coordinated donations, delivered keys, and thanked a neighbor who stepped in along the way.

Now it’s done—my seller can move forward, and the buyers are settling into a home near family.
