Walking the streets of Dupont Circle yesterday for property showings… and suddenly realizing I was right around the corner from where I used to live.

Years ago, my son, who was just a toddler then, used to run down that very same street.

Funny how real estate brings you full circle sometimes. The same blocks where life happens, memories are made… and now, where I help others find their next home.

First closing of the year and proof that December was busy!

My French buyers took advantage of a slower market in Silver Spring, MD during the government shutdown. After a timely price reduction, they were able to submit an offer with all their contingencies and $10K in closing cost credit, which helped solidify the deal.

Yes, there’s some work ahead, but this home offers real upside and they’ll be building equity for years to come 📈

A key motivation? More space for their growing family, closer to school and work , a win on all fronts.

Even more rewarding: this was my second transaction with these clients. Trust like that never gets old 🙏
