An Important Message for our Realtor Friends!- GCAAR's October Form Updates are LIVE! This huge release sees revisions made to more than 30 forms. Not all changes are substantive. Though GCAAR has not yet published an Explanation of Changes, we are neck deep in our review. Stay tuned for Attorney Insights regarding the form changes and In-Person and Virtual Contract Classes coming soon. In the meantime, give us a ring if you have any questions.
