Washington Property Company Celebrates 20 Years!

This year marks a major milestone — 20 years of investing in, developing, and managing exceptional properties. Last week, we celebrated this anniversary by enjoying Pisco Sours and Peruvian cuisine with 250 guests that included members of our team, industry partners and friends.

During the event, guests had the opportunity to choose between four inner city charities for a $20,000 gift in recognition of this milestone on behalf of our founder, Charles Nulsen. The charity with the most votes was City Kids Wilderness Project, a nonprofit that empowers underserved youth through outdoor adventures and long-term mentorship.

We’re deeply grateful to everyone who has been part of WPC’s journey. Here’s to the next 20!

Last week, Washington Property Company enjoyed a wonderful outing at The Comus Inn! It was a fantastic opportunity to connect outside the office and soak up the sun. We had a blast playing co****le, tackling trivia, and spending quality time with our teams.

Last week WPC sent a team to help pack food boxes at in Gaithersburg, MD. Last year Manna Food Center distributed 4.6 million pounds of food! WPC was thrilled to participate in this event and will be back soon.
