Whole-house staging or selective staging?
In Potomac's upper-tier market, I usually decide room by room. The goal is to reduce buyer hesitation.
• Prioritize the rooms that shape first impression and photography.
• Stage spaces where scale or function is hard to read empty.
• Skip rooms buyers already understand unless condition distracts.
• Full-house staging makes more sense when a home is vacant, highly personalized, or the layout is hard to read.
If you're weighing prep before listing, I'm happy to help you decide what is worth doing.
