“What’s being built nearby?”

Your buyer sees the construction fence. You know the question is coming.

Fairfax County’s new Development Tracker gives agents a useful place to start. Search an address to explore nearby construction activity, recent building permits, zoning applications, comprehensive plan amendments and certificates of occupancy.

Our suggestion: bookmark it and make a quick neighborhood check part of your showing preparation. Use what you find to ask better questions and help clients understand what needs further investigation.
