SOMD Market Update February 2026🏡

If you’ve been on the fence about buying, here’s a little update on what's been going on.
We’re seeing more inventory come to the market, providing buyers with more options compared to what we’ve had in recent years. In many cases, homes are sitting longer which means more negotiating power and leverage for buyers.
