Some closings are a little more special than others. ❤️🏡

Today, we’re celebrating a very special milestone for Frances and her husband: they’re officially homeowners in downtown Silver Spring Maryland!

What makes this one especially meaningful to us is that Frances and her husband were originally Mynor and Ina's renters for over a decade. Over time, the possibility of owning their own home became a dream—and with the right people around them, that dream became a reality.

Our lender, Mario Diaz, truly went above and beyond to help make it happen. He worked tirelessly, navigated every challenge, and moved mountains to find a way forward.

We are so grateful that everything came together and that we were able to be part of this chapter in their lives.
