Designed in 2006 and coined modern farmhouse, this classic project became part of this emerging style. Featured over seven times. It was finally featured in an article in a magazine called American Farmhouse. The interiors were done by Donald Lococo Architects and the mint green kitchen was custom mixed by Donald onsite. We have been asked by many architects and designers what this color is and we are happy to divulge. Full disclosure the direction was not driven by the architect but by the owner which requested “a kitchen that is anything but white!”
