Giving back to the communities where we build is an important part of EYA's culture.

Last week, more than 40 EYA team members participated in the EYA Foundation's annual Day of Service, volunteering with Cornerstones, a Northern Virginia nonprofit supporting individuals and families in need. From assembling care packages to organizing donations, our team was proud to support Cornerstones' mission and help strengthen our local communities.

As September comes to a close, we’re looking back at a summer well spent with the EYA team. From our annual golf outing and a Nationals game to team lunches, happy hours, professional development opportunities, and a little friendly competition on the pickleball court, there were plenty of opportunities to connect outside of our day-to-day work.

These moments are an important part of the culture at EYA—bringing our teams together, building stronger relationships, and making time to enjoy the people we work alongside. Thanks to everyone who made it a memorable summer. Now, on to a full lineup of fall events!
