So happy for my clients who relocated back to the Lehigh Valley from Myrtle Beach yesterday!
We were on a tight timeline to find them the right house to downsize to. Their home in SC went under agreement within one day of it hitting the market, giving us 45 days to find a home. We saw so many houses in person, but ultimately they purchased their home sight unseen. Using my 360 degree virtual video camera, I was able to video record a home tour, highlighting all the things I knew would be important to them.
