Everyone is looking to buy a home for a low price, and now is your time! As we are shifting gears from the crazy seller's market, you'll have your opportunity to negotiate and pick up a decent deal. However, the inflation is up, inventory is low, and prices are going to rebound pretty quickly. Year over Year growth is likely to slow, but if you're looking for a discount, negotiate right now because everyone is temporarily on the sideline and as soon as they accept the new rates as the reality, we'll start seeing sellers at a stronger bargaining power again. 3 Things Maximize Profit On Your Home!

Thinking about selling your home? Below are three musts in order to gain the most value for your home without spending much of your hard earned money:
1) Clean it up! You can wash the painted walls and windows, vacuum the dust, and pack loose items around the home. Don't forget to cut the grass!
2) Repair what's visibly broken! A loose hinged kitchen cabinet door might cost you $20 to repair, but a first time home buyer (especially younger generation) will instantly think of replacing all the cabinets in the kitchen.
3) Strategize with your agent about when to post the home on the market. The home must be ready for showings to allow for as many eyes as possible, and create a good first impression. You can't buy a second one!

Buying a home in seller's market can be tough to say the least, but there are some things you can do to make it easier.
Below are three big-brain things to help any home buyer in this market:

1) Pay attention to homes that haven't sold within two weeks. Oftentimes small cosmetic issues can lead to a great buy in a market where it's tough to win a home.

2) See if you can qualify for a Conventional loan instead of an FHA loan thanks to good credit. In the eyes of some sellers, your offer will look more credible.

3) Find a family friend or an independent contractor who can see the property you're interested in buying for a second time right before you submit the offer. Oftentimes, this will help you with creating a stronger offer on the property without putting down more money.

Bonus) Find a strong agent who can help you navigate through seller's market.
