Yesterday we helped a homeowner receive forgiveness on over $590,000 worth of debt. If your house was winterized by your lender and is now "freeze damaged" with burst pipes and leaks - you may be able to file an insurance claim, without paying a deductible. Feel free to message me for details.

If anyone you know is struggling financially and having trouble with mortgage payments, call or e-mail me. On Wednesday, my team and I were able to close a transaction where we needed over $250,000 in mortgage debt forgiven.

It took a long time, but as of Wednesday, the bank forgave over $250,000 in mortgage debt and waived the right to pursue any deficiency judgment. Meaning, the homeowner is free and clear and can begin anew.
