Before Shabana Pathan sold Real Estate, she argued cases before the Supreme Court of India. As a lawyer in New Delhi, she represented 10 of the country's largest banks, among them the State Bank of India, IFCI, and ICICI, and fought high-stakes cases before India's debt recovery tribunals. Buying or selling a home is the biggest financial decision most families ever make, and Shabana treats it like one. She reads every contract like a lawyer, catches the terms other agents skim past, and negotiates a line most of the market cannot hold. Her real edge is depth. Shabana has worked the Lehigh Valley through every market cycle since 2008, across residential, commercial, investment, and land, in five counties and at every price point. That range gives her a read on where the market is moving, neighborhood by neighborhood, and it is why clients treat her as the local authority and not just the agent they hired. The numbers back it up. The Shabana Pathan Group has finished top-three at Keller Williams Northampton County every year for a decade and ranked #1 seven times across six years. The team is RealTrends-recognized and has earned Tom Ferry's America's Best honors, with standout results across Keller Williams' Greater Pennsylvania Region, and ranks among Keller Williams' Mega Teams. Across her career, Shabana has guided more than $700 million in real estate sales volume, with a 4.9 rating across 150 Google reviews and 369 reviews on Zillow. Her road into real estate was not the usual one. She earned BA and LLB degrees from AMU in India, holds a paralegal certificate from Boston University, and is an Oracle Certified Professional. She entered real estate in 2008 and founded the Shabana Pathan Group under Keller Williams in 2010. Beyond representing buyers and sellers, she works as a real estate investor and developer, with development projects in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Texas. Her team carries that same range. Together they handle residential, commercial, investment, and land development real estate across the Lehigh Valley and throughout Pennsylvania, serving Lehigh, Northampton, Bucks, Monroe, and Berks counties, with reach into New Jersey, and they bring more than 50 years of combined experience to every client. They know the relocation market cold and back every deal with strong tools and technology. Between them, the team serves clients in English, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Arabic, Italian, and Tagalog. Shabana's work reaches past the closing table. She serves as a liaison between homeowners and local government, advocating for the people in her community, and she stays active as a volunteer across the Lehigh Valley. First home or fifth, a quick sale or a complex one, call Shabana at (484) 893-1204, (610) 867-8888, or (908) 448-7728.
