In 2013, Susy Hong started her Real Estate Business by investing in properties in the Lehigh Valley. She identified investment properties that would generate income using the BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) strategy. Her goal was to purchase 2 properties per year and has managed multiple properties ever since. In 2018, she flipped a property in Easton after 9 months of extensive renovation. In 2019, she was licensed to share her experience and knowledge with other investors and families. That started her passion for helping families, businesses and individuals find valuable real estate.
